Power Control Centres are used for distribution and control of various power source used in industry. Normally Power Control Centres is installed near power source hence fault level is high. It is designed to suit fault level of 50KA or 65 KA for 1 sec. Busbar system in Power Control Centres are designed to suit the fault level as well as temperature rise to 40°c above ambient. Ample space is provided for cable termination. Various protections viz short circuit, overload, earth fault, under voltage etc are provided to protect source and equipment.

Motor Control Centres are suitable for operation of motors ranging from 0.5HP to 500 HP capacity. Motor control centre contains various types of starting viz. Direct on line (DOL), Star-Delta, autotransformer, soft starter etc. Local and remote operation facility, compatible to PCC/DCS based operation. Motor Control Centre is properly ventilated in case of higher size of motor starter. Component layout is made so as to facilitate ease of operation and maintenance.

Automatic Power Factor Control Panel is designed to maintain power factor of plant to unity. To maintain power factor of unity means to achieve demand in KVA on lower side. Power factor is maintained to set value using APFC relay in auto mode where as in case of failure of APFC relay push buttons are used. Auto as well as manual mode is provided for power factor control. Various types of capacitors are used depending on load conditions. Typically, MPP, APP or mix dielectric types of capacitors are used. In case of nonlinear loads like VFD, UPS thyristor switching, suitable reactors are used along with capacitors to filter harmonics.

DG Synchronising Panels are used to supply DG set power in absence of main power. It comprises of control of DG set as well as switching of breakers. In absence of main source, it starts DG set automatically i.e., Auto mains failure (AMF), synchronizes DG set with each other automatically along with auto load sharing and load dependent start/stop of DG set. On resumption of mains, it operates respective breakers and switches off DG set.

Power Distribution Panels are used for distribution of power on down streams. Since it is located at downstream fault level is normally lower about 20 to 35 KA. Normally it is designed to carry current up to 800A. Advantage of using Power Distribution Panel is to clear fault locally hence it does not affect Upstream Switchgear.

Lighting distribution panel (LDB) is a component of an electricity supply system that divides an electrical power feed into subsidiary circuits, since it is located at downstream fault level is normally lower about 10 to 25 KA. Normally it is designed to carry current up to 250A. we designed manufactured and installed all in accordance with the safety standards, our panels are the preferred choice for large organizations and industry.

AC Drives (Variable Frequency Drives) are used to control speed of motors. Speed control of motor may be a necessity of process or it is done for energy saving. These are used for speed control of pumps, blower, agitator, conveyors, etc. AC Drive panels are properly ventilated to take out heat generated by VFDs. Proper size choke is provided on input and output size of VFD as required.

AMF Panels are used for emergency power supply during the main power supply failure. These AMF panels are used for automatic operation of genset as it helps to rotate starting gear of genset after main supply is cut.

ACDB’ are an important part of Solar Power generating system to provide extra electrical protection to the system during failures.AC Distribution Box is made up of breaker, isolators, voltage and current monitoring etc. It has surge protection device to ensure maximum protection to the electronic equipment. Also, AC Distribution Box have energy meter which help you to know how much energy you are generating from the solar energy. AC distribution box provides protection during failures in all the Phase in AC side.

The firefighting process is done by pumps designed specifically for the system. Initially the jockey pump is used to maintain the pressure and when the fire is confirmed by a sprinkler or by the fire alarm panel the electric pump starts to work and then in case Failure or disconnection of Electricity for Electric Fire Pump The diesel pump is entered into the process.

Meter Panels are used in multi-storied residential or commercial complexes, our low voltage metering cubicles are known for their compact design and ease of control to monitor each load sections. Along with meters panels are equipped with primary change over switches, MCCBs, Earth Fault relays and Fuses to provide multiple fault protection.

Additional autochanger ACCL switches can be installed to ensure smooth transition to Diesel Generators during power failure.

A key part of electrical power distribution is bus duct. Also called busway, bus duct provides an alternative means of conducting electricity. Bus duct is used in commercial and industrial settings to conduct electricity to power cables or cable bus. Structurally, a bus duct is a sheet metal duct containing either aluminium or copper busbars (metallic strips or bars that conduct a substantial electrical current) in a grounded metal enclosure. Bus duct is easy to maintain and flexible, helping to accommodate changing load requirements.
